Update your PlugShare account

If you need to make edits to your PlugShare account, such as updating your contact details, display name, country, or photos, please select your platform for specific instructions:

• Edit your profile on Android
• Edit your profile on iOS (Apple)
• Edit your profile on the web (plugshare.com)

Note on email and password updates:

For any email or password updates, please expect to complete a verification process of your credentials. After these details are reset, you may need to freshly sign into any additional devices you use with PlugShare. 

Edit your profile on Android:

1. From the landing page, select "Me" at the bottom of the screen
2. Within the "Me" page, tap the pencil icon in the top right corner
3. Update your details as needed
4. Tap "Save" on the bottom right to update your account

Edit your profile on iOS (Apple)

1. From the landing page, select "Me" on the bottom of the screen
2. Within the "Me" page, tap the grey "Edit" icon on the top right
3. Update your details as needed
4. Tap "Update" on the bottom to save the changes to your account

Edit your profile on the web (plugshare.com)

1. Click your profile tab on the top right (you should see "[your name]'s Profile" in your account)
2. A pop-up window will show your account information; select the "My Details" tab to the far right
3. Scroll to "Actions" and find "Edit Profile" on the left side
4. Update your details as needed
5. Click "Update Profile" to save information
