The Community Activity Feed displays all the latest activity within the PlugShare platform. Set near your location by default, you can review any recent check ins, new station photos, and entirely new location listings.

You can review your personal recent activity on PlugShare, from check ins to locations you've added. Find more in our article: Review your Personal Activity
Locate the Activity Feed on Android
- From the landing page, select "Me" at the bottom of the screen
- Within the "Me" page, select "Activity" toward the middle of the menu
- The "Activity" page will show general nearby events (any default settings)
- Tap the "filter" icon in the top right to place settings within this section
- To open the Station Details for a specific location, tap any specific item on the feed
Locate the Activity Feed on iOS (Apple)
- From the landing page, select "Me" in the bottom right corner
- Scroll down and select "Activity Feed" toward the middle of the "Me" page
- The "Activity" page will show you general nearby events (any default settings)
- To open the Station Details for a specific location, tap any specific item on the feed
Apply filters and bookmark custom regions on mobile
From the "Activity" page (see navigation for Android and iOS above), tap the filter icon on the top right - this will allow you to tailor the activity to what you want to see. Each selection within the "Activity Filters" page will save automatically as you select them, so tap "Close" on the top right at any time to review the Activity Feed with your selected filters.
Activity Types:
You'll see 3 toggle options at the bottom where you can narrow the type of activity you see between new locations, check ins, and photos. These toggles will apply to any of the filter options you might choose below.
Show Locations:
Nearby Activity is the default Activity Feed and will show all updates near you.
My Bookmarks will only show you updates on your Bookmarked locations.
Custom Regions:
You can save and review specific regions which may not be near your current location. All of your saved regions will appear within the Custom Region heading. To add a Custom Region:
- Tap "+ Add a custom location"
- Search for an address or place, adjusting the pin on the map as needed
- Below the map, use the slider to adjust the radius of the location
- Tap "Save" on the top right to save the region
- Enter a name for the custom region in the pop-up and select "Save" again
Locate the Activity Feed on the web (plugshare.com)
- Click the three lines (hamburger menu) on the top left to open the main menu
- Select "Recent Activity" toward the middle of the menu options
- A pop up window will show you the 20 most recent activities near your location

To open the Station Details for a specific location, click the location's name linked in blue

Click "View More" at the bottom of the feed if you'd like to see the next 20 updates in your area

Important note about the Activity Feed on the web:
If you would like to view and create Custom Regions within the Activity Feed, you must do so from your mobile device. Please review the above instructions on setting more specific Activity Feed filters based on your Android or iOS (Apple) device.
- You'll see 3 toggle options at the top of the pop-up window where you can narrow the type of activity you see between:
- "New Locations"
- "New Check ins"
- "New Photos"
- Below the toggle options, you can open the gray menu to view activity related to any locations you have Bookmarked
