Pay with PlugShare (PWPS) can accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also support payment options from your mobile wallet, like Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can find more on adding a payment method here: Add a payment method for Pay with PlugShare

Managing payment sources on Android
- From the landing page, select "Me" at the bottom of the screen
- Within the "Your Stuff" page, select "Payment Method"
From the "Payment Method" page, you can:

Add a new payment method:
- Tap "Add Card"
- Enter your credit card information and press "Save"

Remove a payment method: Swipe left on any specific payment source
- You will be prompted with a pop up to confirm your choice

Choose your default payment source If you have multiple cards saved to your account, your default payment source will be confirmed with a blue checkmark to the right of the listing. If Google Pay is enabled on your device, this will appear by default. You can always use this payment option if you prefer; you are not required to add the same Google Pay card details to your PlugShare account |
Managing payment sources on iOS (Apple)
- From the landing page, select "Me" at the bottom of the screen
- Within the "Your Stuff" page, select "Payment Method"
From the "Payment Method" page, you can:

Add a new payment method:
- Tap "Add a new payment method"
- Enter your credit card information and press "Save"

Remove a payment method: Swipe left on any specific payment source and tap "Delete" to remove it
- You may also press "Edit" then tap the red circle for the "Delete" prompt to appear

Managing payment sources from the location's Pay with PlugShare button
- Tap "Pay with PlugShare" on a participating location and select your charger.
- The payment confirmation sheet will appear and confirm the payment method
- Tap the payment method itself to open the "Payment Sources" page
- If this is your first time using Pay with PlugShare, your Apple or Android device will default to your Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can tap Apple Pay or Google Pay to proceed.
- Either select your preferred payment source, add a new payment source, or swipe left to remove a payment source
- Your selected payment source will display a blue check mark to the right. When the one you prefer is selected, tap "Close" on the top left
- Tap "Confirm Charge" or "Activate" to authorize the payment and begin charging
Managing Payment Sources on the web (plugshare.com)
Currently, payment methods can only be removed using our application. Please download PlugShare on Android or Apple to use PWPS options. Using the PlugShare on your mobile browser will not enable payment options to appear.
