Check your spam or junk folder first
Reset emails come from noreply@plugshare.com with the subject "Reset your Password." Some email providers route them to spam. If it's there, mark it as safe and follow the link inside.
If your spam folder is empty too, keep reading.
You may have signed up with Google or Apple
If you created your PlugShare account using "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple," there's no PlugShare password to reset, so no email will arrive. Your Google or Apple account is your login.
Head back to the sign-in screen and try one of these:

If you've tried both "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Apple" and you're still locked out, contact our support team. Let us know which steps you tried and the email address you used when signing up. That helps us find your account faster.
